Tests and regulations
Tested and certified at the material test centre MPA Braunschweig to ensure that the prison cell door is flame resistant and that if a fire breaks out it is still possible to open and unlock the door for 15 minutes in accordance with the regulations of the German federal state of Saxony-Anhalt. Production is in accordance with the regulations of the German federal state of North Rhine Westphalia or additionally Saxony-Anhalt.

● Double-skinned

● Rebated on 4 sides (rebated on 3 sides)

● Min. rebate width 20 mm

● With or without bottom buffer, 72 mm thick

● Sheet thickness: 2 mm

● Reinforcement: U-shaped and flat steel

● Insulation: Sound, heat and fire protection insulation

 

Frame

● Corner frame 3 mm with 3-sided frame seal

● Special equipment: Closed frames Counter frames

● Bottom door sill 50 x 30 x 5 mm with earthing screw

● 3 robust double wall anchors on each side.  

   6 mm flat steel reinforcement of the frame in the bolt area

 

Surface

Galvanized and prime coated door leaf and frame similar to RAL 9002 (grey-white)
