Our employees receive ongoing training and are made aware of safety concerns. Through hands-on training, we ensure that safety regulations are actively implemented in our day-to-day work. In addition, we conduct occupational health examinations to protect our employees’ long-term health and identify potential health risks early on.

At Teckentrup, we rely on resource-conserving and sustainable production processes. The targeted use of materials and optimised manufacturing processes reduce our ecological footprint and make an active contribution to environmental protection.

The conscious use of raw materials is a matter of course for us. We focus on efficient use of materials and consistently rely on recycling. For example, all resulting metal scrap is fully returned to the material cycle, and materials such as mineral wool are specifically recycled.

Through the sorting of all waste by type, we achieve an above-average recycling rate. At the same time, optimised processes ensure that emissions and material losses are reduced to a minimum.

We meet all relevant environmental requirements and go beyond them. All waste movements are recorded digitally and are traceable at all times. This ensures transparency, legal certainty and the continuous improvement of our environmental performance.

Through the transparent evaluation of all energy flows, we create the basis for specifically identifying savings potential and continuously increasing our energy efficiency.

Defined performance indicators enable us to evaluate energy consumption, identify trends at an early stage and initiate targeted improvement measures.

Through the continuous analysis of our processes, we identify savings potential and sustainably increase our efficiency.

These include, among other things, the expansion of photovoltaic systems for generating our own electricity, as well as the integration of electric vehicles into our vehicle fleet. In this way, we actively contribute to reducing emissions and to a sustainable energy supply.
