FIRE-RESISTANT SLIDING DOOR "TECKENTRUP 62 FST" EI230

No matter what requirements have to be met, we have a suitable solution. This also applies to the new product standard EN 16034, which came into effect at the beginning of November 2019. In order to comply with these requirements we developed a new door system. No matter which fire protection sliding door you need: Our range offers solutions for all eventualities. You always benefit from first-class materials, precise workmanship, a long service life - and now, of course also from safety standards that are recognised throughout Europe. Also the door elements of the version fire protection sliding door EI230 offer something new. The assembly is carried out via a simple plug-in system. And that means: The elements are easily and quickly connected with each other by a mushroom knob system. The visual advantage: The days of visible screw connections are counted.

Our innovations are your advantages.

To ensure that our fire protection sliding doors do not only meet the highest safety requirements and design demands, but also meet the new European directives, we optimised our products accordingly. The fire protection sliding doors are equipped with a completely new tubular system, that conceals door technology (including fastening elements and locking system) entirely behind the fascia panels. Thanks to this new system, the doors are not only particularly easy to install and maintain, but also score with an attractive appearance. The new lower guide rail enables concealed mounting of the guide roller so that the door leaf guide is not visible. Since the guide roller is screwed to the counter feed, the position is predetermined, which prevents possible assembly errors. Further, there is no screw connection into the floor required.

By the way, the 1-leaf version of the EI230 sliding fire door is extremely space-saving. This is because the flush closing variant does not require an additional inlet profile. This is particularly useful for dividing representative entrances and passage areas or for corridor closures in hotels. The advantages: The door leaf closes flush with the wall, no additional locks are necessary and the familiar door leaf holder is mounted on the floor. This means that the wall remains completely untouched. Without an inlet profile and with an optional concealed storage area thanks to a niche flap, the doors integrate almost invisibly into the room design.
