Curtain

Fabric-reinforced, approx. 1.0 mm thick curtain made of PES in an extremely durable and tear-resistant design. The curtain is guided in the guide profile without mechanical parts that are susceptible to wear. Special zippers attached to the side of the curtain ensure a high level of tightness.

Viewing window

One or two transparent PVC viewing windows are arranged in the blind. These can be arranged horizontally (1200 x 500 mm) or
vertically (500 x 1200 mm).

Construction

Self-supporting guide rails made of high-quality aluminum, E6/EV1. The covers of the guide rails can be removed for easy servicing. Laterally mounted high-performance springs ensure optimum blade tension, optimized crash performance and good absorption of wind loads.

Control unit

Door control unit - CS 320 FU
Housing dimensions (W x H x D) approx. 245 x 445 x 190 mm.
FU control unit mounted in specially developed IP 65 plastic housing, mains connection cable with 230 V Schuko plug and 3-way keypad (OPEN-EMERGENCY/OFF-CLOSE) on the housing cover. 2 potential-free contacts. Adjustable hold-open time from 0 - 600 sec. Status display via LCD (plain text). External controls are possible.

Drive unit

Push-on operator with electromagnetic brake, protection class IP 54, 45-60 cycles (open/close) per hour (depending on height), integrated safety catch, digital limit switch, emergency opening via emergency hand crank.

Crash system

Crash protection:
In the event of a crash, the door curtain jumps out of the guide rails and is automatically rethreaded when the door is raised. The next time the door is lowered, the zipper is once again correctly positioned in the guide rails.

Safety devices:

The worm gear motor is equipped with a safety gear and a motor brake as standard.
To protect people and material, the doors are secured with a light grid integrated into the guide rails.
The safety guidelines according to ASR A1.7 for power-operated doors are fulfilled. Tested safety of the operating forces and safe opening in accordance with DIN EN 13241-1 are guaranteed.
