The geometry of the end caps has been optimized (fit accuracy, need for rework). The angle of the end caps is now < 90°, ensuring a more precise fit to the panel and preventing the end cap from rubbing against the seal.

The spacer under the frame base body (“crow’s foot”) is now pre-assembled at the factory, minimizing the effort required on-site to ensure proper spacing between the floor and the frame base section.

The geometry of the two lateral wall bracings has been optimized, allowing easier movement of U- and C-rails. Additionally, the U-rail is now factory-inserted into the rear cross bar (C-rail), saving installation time on-site.

To improve stability in the rear horizontal frame area, a crossbar has been added to the horizontal running rail. This design simplifies installation by defining the correct width dimension, ensuring that the horizontal frame packages are less likely to twist.

A screw is factory-installed through the frame seal above the frame base. The crossbar can be hung into this screw to fix the width dimension, significantly simplifying the vertical alignment of the frame and reducing installation time. ​

When using quadruple spring systems, an additional factory-installed component prevents the rotation of pulleys and spring assemblies, which could otherwise cause unwanted operating noise.

Previously, clamps were used to secure the crossbar, which were fastened to the crossbar with a screw. To reduce the effort required to thread the screws, a self-tapping screw is now supplied, which is used to secure the crossbar.

The elimination of the nose on the plastic radius makes threading the ropes much easier. This ensures that the ropes are guided correctly even after the component has been modified.

In the wicket door top section, the number of straps will be increased to 2 from 1 January 2026, if possible. This adjustment will improve stability and prevent the top wicket door strap from being overstretched and breaking.

In addition to the floor seal that has been used as standard up to now, a new seal will be available from 1 March 2026. The optimised height and width have significantly improved the seal's water and light tightness. In addition, its flexible shape ideally compensates for uneven floors. Please note: The existing seal will remain the standard seal for the system. The new seal must be actively selected, e.g. in TEO.
