Although the focus is clearly on the two goals on the pitch, the gates and doors that receive less attention must also be able to withstand any onslaught. They are designed to open and close access points and, in some cases, also serve as fire barriers (T30, T90, EI230, EI290). Some of the components are quite large, but what they all have in common is that they blend harmoniously with the architecture of the new stadium in Freiburg. It is the largest project in the history of SC Freiburg: in October 2021, the Europa-Park Stadium replaced the legendary Dreisamstadion as the club's new home. The visual (and emotional) centrepiece is the south stand, which can accommodate 8,000 fans. The total capacity increases to 34,700 spectators. Teckentrup supplied over 250 doors with a wide range of requirements for the stadium project. In the technical area, for example, large doors were required to allow large equipment and vehicles to pass through.
