While the focus is clearly on the two goals on the pitch, the doors that receive less attention must also reliably withstand any onslaught. They have to open and close entrances, in some cases also as a fire protection closure (T30, T90, EI230, EI290). Some construction elements reach quite large dimensions - what they all have in common is that they harmoniously match the architecture of the new stadium in Freiburg. It is the largest project in the history of SC Freiburg: The Europa-Park Stadium replaced the legendary Dreisam Stadium as the new home ground in October 2021. The visual (and emotional) centre is the south stand for 8,000 fans. The total capacity increases to 34,700 spectators. Teckentrup supplied over 250 doors with a wide range of requirements for the stadium project.
